How do I choose a size?
Start with the doll size listed in the product title: 15CM, 17CM or 38CM. If a piece is designed for a specific generation, that is noted in the product details. When in doubt, contact us with your doll's measurements.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer shipping to most countries. Free shipping is available for orders over $60; orders under $60 have a $20 shipping fee. Available destinations and delivery options are shown for your address.
When will my order arrive?
Free-shipping orders have a 1–2 week processing time. DPD generally serves normal-size and weight products with about 2 weeks shipping time; expedited express for specified small pieces is 1–2 weeks; EMS serves big but light products in 2–4 weeks. Fast shipping is available only to Norway, Iceland and Cyprus through UPS/DHL Express: $114 per piece, 1–2 weeks processing and 5–7 days shipping. Flight information and remote destinations can change estimates.
Can I change or cancel an order?
You can cancel an order free of charge within 24 hours without a reason. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled; contact [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number.
What payment methods are accepted?
Available payment methods are displayed securely at checkout. The final order total and any shipping charge are shown before payment is completed.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number is sent by email. Enter it at 17track.net, or email [email protected] with your order number for the latest logistics information.
How should I care for tiny clothes?
Keep pieces dry, handle trims gently and store outfits away from direct sunlight. For fabric-specific instructions, follow the care note included with your order.
Can I return an item and when is a refund issued?
Cancellations and returns follow the Refund & Return Policy. After a return is received, funds can take up to 5 working days to credit back to the original payment method (PayPal: 1–2 days; credit card: 3–5 days). Contact [email protected] before sending anything back.
